Week 16: Longest/Shortest Year of My Life

2012 has kicked my royal behind. There has been alot of bad and good at the same time. My family has fallen apart then come back together, Damion and I have celebrated our one year anniversary, and I got my first smart phone. The school year has flown by extreamly fast and I can't believe its nearly half way over. I'm very relieved that I still have next year to spend with my classmates (Katelyn in perticular). I will most likly cry when the seniors graduate. Unfourtunetly, every ticking momment brings me closer to graduation. The summer of 2012 was awesome, except I got a horrible tan line that still remains today. Katelyn and I turned 17! I wore a crown over the whole weekend and we got my birthday off. We went on vacation to Texas and I made some friends out of family which is so cool. I hope every year of my life tops the year before. Get busy living, or get busy dying.

Week 15: Let It Snow!

The cooolest thing I've ever built in the snow is an intense long tunnel. My sisters and I built it. The guy that lived next to us provided the snow. We crawled through it forever and I even fell asleep in it. My ultimate snow dream is to build a igloo. I want a igloo so cool that I could just live in it. I could return to my house to pee, get food, and shower, but that's it. I would invite Katelyn over and we could plan an igloo party. Alec and Johnny could come. Jessica too, as long as she wasn't being a weirdo. My igloo would have a 1,009 people max so Katelyn and I could tell everyone that it's a plus how ever many you want party. We could hang a disco ball and hire a DJ names Beat's By Gray. That's my snow dream.

Week 14: Creek, Creek, BOOM!

So as I'm exiting Ms. B's classroom at one in the morning after I finished my mountins of make up homework, and I trip because I was texting Katelyn Keefer about her boaring night babysitting. I tumble, instead of onto the floor as I was expecting, down a carpeted set of stairs. I regain my balance as I stand, look around, and am astonished. I glance around the dim lit room and notice EVERYTHING is made of mounts of new panties, complete with tags. Once I saw that the walls, chairs, couches and tables were all made of underwear I relize that I'm staring into the amazed eyes (that midly resemble huge brown moons) of Katelyn Keefer. She is perched on the grandest pile of panties around with a white rabbit sitting on her lap. "I lied about babysitting," she says with a weirdo smile on her face. "I've been waiting for you to stumble in all my life..." she whispers. If this isn't weird enough, Jessica just pops out of a gathering of underwear and says, "Hey cutie. Welcome to the best cult you've heard of."

"What the heck??!!" I scream. I bolt upright in the sweetest teen hang out ever. There are no panties, except the ones I'm wearing that I'm aware of and I see the concerned faces of Jessica and Katelyn over me.
"You alright?" Katelyn inquires. "You smacked your nogging pretty hard. You fell into our newest high school project. Grab a pool stick. We're just about to start a new game."

"OK." I say, swearing to myself that I'll never tell these lovely ladies the dream I just had.

I can hear Frank Ocean blasting in the back ground as Jessica goes to the mini frige to get me a drink. I'm more comfortable now that I"ve gotting a cahance to look around. But, I looked a little too hard because I saw Jessica kick a pair of panties under the frige that sliped out of her pocket....

Week 13: ...Did You Say Intestines?

So this year for Thanksgiving we went to Texas and ate with the people related to me through my step dad. My step dad is straight up Mexican and so are the people we visited. They had some familiar foods, like pie and turkey, but other foods were rather strange to me. For example, I tried cow intestines (it took a lot of peer pressure) that were fried. My family ensured me that they taste just like french fries, but I ensure you, they do not. There were also many soups made of odd thing. One of the soups left noting of a poor, unfortunate pig to waste, all parts cooked in. The pig soup, I did not try. Most of the soups were very spicy. I missed the soups that I knew, like chicken noodle.

Most years, I eat my Thanksgiving dinner right here in Illinois, at my grandma's house. All my uncles, aunts and cousins from my dad's side gather together. Everyone brings separate dishes, which means we always pretty much end up with the same things. My Aunt Lisa brings Texas sheet cake. My Aunt Courtney always has corn casserole. My grandpa creates homemade ice cream and we bring chilli. My grandma makes the rest of the meal, like ham, yams, and turkey. When my cousin was going to collage, he worked at a sea food joint and would bring a big platter of shrimp, lobster and other food from the sea. That would always be the first to go because that was the only thing my grandmother would let us eat before meal time; Sea food, veggies, and cracker. I prefer my Illinois Thanksgiving over my Texas experience, but they are both fun.

Week 12: Like Waves..(highs and lows)

MONDAY AND TUESDAY: The start of my week was super bad!! I got an intense cold and attempted to come on Monday, but ended up packing it in by 2nd hour.  So being sick and couch-ridden, I slept and slept, then I slept some more. I dreamt about zombies and my grandmother, cops and grave yards, compositions and teachers. After Tuesday, my dreams and reality began to be hard to tell apart. After day two of not seeing anyone or going anywhere, I felt a little crazy.

WEDNESDAY:  I came to school and gathered all my homework up. I shuffled through the day with next to no energy. I sneezed and coughed all over, but my friends still stood by my side. Damion canceled on me because he shot a deer with a bow, but couldn't find it so he searched all night long with no results.

THURSDAY: This day was a review day in math and I LOVE review days because Katelyn and I stand by each other at the chalk board (yes chalk board...its horrible and outdated but you work with what you have). She and I laughed so hard that I was hard core crying. I couldn't wipe my tears or anything because I had chalk all over my hands. I was still pretty sick and slept in my shoes, jacket and scarf after school. Damion canceled on me again to search for that dang deer he shot on Wednesday.

FRIDAY: Today I can breath! I was so over joyed when I woke up and took a deep breath through my nose. So far the days going alright. I still have a few math packet questions to finish up, but nothing too bad, Fridays are always nice because the weekends coming. Damion said he is going to take me out to make up for canceling on me two nights in a row which is super nice. I may convince him to just get take out and watch The Princess Bride at his house.

Week 11: I'm All Knowing..Of Your Thoughts!!!

If I could be in Katelyn Keefer's mind I would see that she appears innocent at school and work with her big, ol' cute brown eyes and soft blonde hair, but once she arrived at her home I would be blow away by all the weird things she would do. For example, I would be surprised to know that she pees standing up (lady readers, I hope you find this a little weird. If you don't, you are a little weird). Katelyn, I would come to see, has the best hygiene of anyone on the plant: After using the restroom she washes her hands and arms at least 50 times. Shortly post, I realized that she had strange bathroom habits, I would noticed that she had a funky obsession with triangle shaped men. Once she went through the hidden door to her attic, I would notice that all of the walls and floors in the hidden, upper room would be covered by pictures of men shirtless. But photos of half dressed males isn't all I would see in this dark attic room...bunnies, lots and lots of white, black, and spotted bunnies. Even though all of these things are probably true, I would still accept Katelyn as my best friend. I may even ask her to visit her attic... :)

Week 10: Whooo You Ganna Call?

If I were a ghost, I would be a creeper ghost. I think it would be super fun to mess with people to create funny situations. I would first go to Alec Laible's house and kill him using a complex combination of pillows, butcher knifes, ropes, and air fresheners. After the body airs out a bit I'll ask him if he wants to go to the pool and get his tan on before we throw a party that is to die for. I would invite ghosts and humans alike. The people I would invite would be a long list of random people. In this list would be Johnny and Katelyn. Alec and I would just mess with them so hard core. I would touch Katelyn's butt and have her blame random people, like Mr. Zulz. I would also draw a mustache on Johnny's upper lip while he's trying to pick up chicks. Once the parties over with, I would ask Alec if he wanted to go flip some boards in Rob's Fantasy Factory and I would suggest for him to look up Channell Westcoast's skirt (no one would know so why not?). Then I would want us to fly in time to the moment when Dallas Parmenter bought his lady sounding boots, posses his body to put down the feminine foot wear and walk away...forever. Lastly, I would have Alec and I use our ghostly knowledge to find Waldo.

Week 9: My Wish Is Your Command

Because I'm great, (and its in the assignment guide lines) I'm going to give all of my friends and family my 3 wishes from the genie. I get only 3 so here it goes!

FOR DAMION:
Damion Schierer is my loving boyfriend, but when it comes to women sometimes he hasn't got a clue. I would wish him infinite wisdom into the woman psyche. With this new insight, he could better not only our relationship, but the relationship he has with his mother, sister, teachers and lady friends. Also with his gift he could help other men (like Zach Vaughn) make their women happy!

FOR MY MOM:
My mother is the leading lady of my house hold which isn't easy. With 6 children and a husband, she is pretty much super woman. Evey once in awhile though, she loses her patience. I would wish for my mother to have a bottom-less pit of patience. That way she her head could stop making gray hairs, she could get along better with all that know her and she could help everyone else think through their anger without losing her head.

FOR KATELYN:
Katelyn Jane is my bestest bestie ever. She already has all the beauty and brains to make it big in life, but my wish to her is that she never had to work again. Without work you would think that she would run out of cash, but I though about that. What I would say exactly is "I wish that my best friend Katelyn Keefer could gain 100$ every day she is alive so that she would never have to work ever again." I wouldn't want to give her too much cash daily because I wouldn't want to make her snobby, just spend-ably comfortable.

Week 8: Honey I'm HOMMMME!

So I've lived in Washington, Metamora, and Washburn. I don't remember living in Washington very much at all. I just recall moving out actually. When I lived in Metamora my family was a nuclear one. Which means that it has a mother and father. Everyone was together and we had quite a bit of fun. The  move to Washburn was a direct result of a divorce so the fact that we live in Washburn is kind of a hug  reminder that my parents aren't together. Even though moving here wasn't my favorite act in the world i have lived here since 4th grade. A lot of my good memories are in Metamora, but tons of great memories in Washburn. The smallest ton I've ever lived in is the one where I made all my friends. The year I moved in I got more friends than I had ever had my entire life. All my classmates were so different. I loved them all. Weather they were smelly, pushy, too nice, or just insane over the years I've made some really good buddies.

Week 7: Waldo's Made It Big

Waldo has not been the talk of children or board gamers. He hasn't even been the talk of book clubs or knitting circles. Where he has been the talk of is the black jack tables, the strip clubs, and the Gold Digger rings. Waldo has made it big. Because he has been posing in photos, hiding among complete strangers and phony Santa Clauses, for so very long, his boss finally gave him the cash he deserved. With his new found millions, he got the heck out of dodge. First he rode camels in Thailand. Then he found a smoking hot super model, married her, cheated on her, and became Tiger Wood's best friend. Waldo golfed a bit, realized that it was the most boring game ever, and stopped. Now he is chilling in Las Vagas with a beautiful girl (she kind of looks like Katelyn Keefer) living The Hangover night again and again....sigh. Waldo's got it made.

Week 6: Prince Humperdink....Dun Dun Dun

Prince Humpdinck was a brat from birth. He was the high school jock that no one liked what-so-ever. Although all of his classmates thought he was horrible, he was still the most popular guy around. Having a lot of cash and a winning smile helped him to achieve this. What took Prince Humperdinck from an annoying high school jerk to a full blown villain was the meeting of Count Rugen. Even as a child, Count Rugen drempt of building the Pit of Despair, as well as other devices of torture. Once they met they became fast friends with a lot of mutual respect. What they liked most about each other was that they both have very stuffy, uptight style, horrible, plotting minds and a plan to rule the world together.

Week 5: Teachers In School As Students????

Since Jacob Zulz is the coolest sub ever, I like to picture Mr. Zulz being the same-ish way, but in some respects different. I feel like he wouldn't be very good with the ladies. I can't picture him flirting or offering to take a lady to Lover's Lane. I could picture him, on the other hand, being a very good bowler. I bet he was also a fashionable teen. Tight-roling, button ups, bleach white shoes, the whole nine yards. Mr. Zulz probably had a really tight circle of nerdy friends, like in Drill Bit Taylor but minus the bully. Even though in my head he is the most liked nerd out of his group, I can't see him being studly. The young Mr. Zulz I see is sort of atletic, but didn't do sports. He did join clubs, in my mind. The math club, the student council club, the school news paper club, and last but not least, the drama club. I just think it would be awesome to see tiny Mr. Z up on stage, acting his little heart out, maybe with some lip stick on, singing "Some Where Over The Rainbow" or something like that.

Week 4: (dont) Stop...Zombie Time!!!

First off I would like to start by saying zombie movies are the bomb. I literally have seen at least 20 different zombie movies. I've had a lot of time to think about my plans of action.

ACT ONE: Watch Zombieland on DVD. I don't think the video stores will still be open so thank goodness I already own the movie.

ACT TWO: Fill up my car with gas and pump tons of fuel into big barrels so I can save up.

ACT THREE: Become friends with a semi-driver. Make a trip to Walmart and Dicks  to stalk up on food and other supplies.

ACT FOUR: While at Walmart buy a tight leather jacket and some boots to wear while zombie killing.

ACT FIVE:  Grab a few of my besties and my cutie boyfriend then head to BassPro Shops. No one would be aloud to ride in the semi so that everyone has their own mode of transportation.

ACT SIX: Learn how to shoot/beat up to kill zombies.

BRING ON THE ZOMBIES!!!!

Week 3: I'll Tell Me My Own Fortune

Well, in my experience, most of the fortune cookies I've came across are stale and give me the worse fortunes. Mostly, they're fortunes that aren't even fortunes such as, "A great journey begans with a step" or " A person with a good smile will go far in life." These are just statements that apply to people. If it said, "You're journey will began with a step you take today" or "You, being a person with a good smile, will go far in life" then they would at least apply as fortunes.
I want a fortune cookie that says, "Soon you will fall in a acid pit and develop the psychic ability to read people's minds." That would be super cool and a great mood lifting thing to look forward to. I also wouldn't mind a fortune cookie that said, "Absolutely everything is going to turn out alright" because how much of a comfort would that be. I could lose my job and just think, that fortune cookie's got my back so I'll be all good. I could stub my toe and in a fit of pain coincidentally punch a  misplaced cop in the face. I would just be sitting in jail smiling, thinking everything will be A-OK. If I could get mind reading and the "Going to be alright" fortune, I would be set for life.

Week 2: Teenagers Scare The Living What Out Of You??

FALSE FACT #1: Teens spend too much time texting.
Heck yeah we do....compared to our parents and grandparents as teen because THEY DIDN"T HAVE TEXTING! Who says we text too much though? What studies are being taken to prove this? Texting was evented in 1995. I was born in 1995. We were literally born and raised with texting. Who else had it to say they texted less? Sometimes people get a tiny bit funky with their texting, but not everyone. If you can text without looking and create a perfectly composed 3 page message, YOU text too much. As for most of us though we use texting to commuicate with loved ones (or not so loved ones) to express questions, concerns, and feelings. I honestly think that texting brings people closer together.

FALSE FACT #2 : We all love Jersey Shore.
Just because Jersey Shore made $30,000 an episode in season 3 doesn't mean all of America's youth just can't get enough of Snookie's huge hair and The Situation's attitude. Of course there are the occasional teens that tune in weekly for the next Jersey Shore episode, just like there are still rare Days Of Our Lives fans, but there just are less fans of both these shows than Hannah Montana followers. Jersey Shore is, at the end of the day, Trash TV. To be honest, if I were to create a dictionary my definition of Trash TV would have "Examples: Jersey Shore, Jerry Springer." There both horrible shows, especially Jersey Shore.

FALSE FACT #3: All teens don't know how to mange their money.
My grandparent are the cheapest people I know. Honestly, at their house you can't even throw away half a spoon full of melted ice cream without my grams and pop flipping out. Once I spent $10 in candy on my boyfriend for Valentines Day and my g-ma acted like I was buying a Lamborghini. Perhaps $10 may have gone further in her time, but lady, times have changed! Just because a tootsies role isn't only a penny anymore doesn't mean I'm spending like Angelina Jolie on a shopping spree for her six children. A little cash spend is a healthy act, in my opinion.

FALSE FACT #4: Violence is adolescents' strong suit.
What is this bologna? I don't enjoy lighting things on fire or seeing unnecessary blood shed. I have never hit anything (besides my garbage cans on accident with my car) that didn't deserve it. I most certainly have never "beat someone up." Teen fights usually consist of a lot of hype, possibly some shirt removal with men, and one or two hits. No blood, no guts, hardly any glory.

Alright, guys I've got to go buy some $105 flats, hit the G.T.L, and blow something up....cause I'm a teen and that's just what I do. So g2g. ily n I'm sure I'll brb.

Week 1: School As You Don't Know It

If you were searching for a cookie cutter, run of the mill sum up of school with the whole "school lunches are gross and the stairs make me tired" keep looking, because this blog will have two parts. One part  involving average junk and the second part will read about the internal struggles I am over coming.

Part One: School As Its Always Been With Minor Changes
New teachers are always fun to get to know and this year we were lucky enough to get two. The fact that we don't have planners anymore was just a reminder that all things change and sometimes we just have to gripe under our breaths and to our friends in study hall about how it sucks. Letting kids go to the bathroom has now become the most difficult issue a teacher can face. We're the same kids, we just don't have little boxes to put the time in anymore. Trust us to pee for heaven sakes! As far as my classes go, the most challenging one has to be a toss up between French III and Algebra II, but what's new? My math skills are that of a small child and if I ever went to France they would arrest me for saying something like, "I killed my grandma," when I meant to say, "Please pass the salt." Algebra II is the class that takes the cake for most homework too. Psychology is my easiest class and I enjoy it the most. I completely love Psychology. For the most part, as far as grades go, I expect myself to do well.

Part Two: I'm More Out Of Wack Than Ever
This year has been extremely hard, life changing, and very diffcult. When I get in a mentally unsound mood, it's difficult for me to relate to my class mate's small complaints, such as "my hair just wouldn't jell this morning" or "no one talks at our table, it's so boring." Of course I have tiny things that annoy me too and talking to people is what I enjoy most on a daily bases, it's just tough when I can't help thinking this is much too silly to be concerned about. Once your eyes get a hold of how important life is, it's impossible to reverse it. Right now, I'm going to get deep in my mind and if you don't want to read it, don't. You've read enough for a comment. Once you've seen someone you love more than anything take his last breath, crap gets real for you. All the sudden your makeup and favorite TV show seems alot less important. Whenever your next complaint comes to mind just think, does this really matter in the grand ol' theme of life? In the bigger picture is this truly air-wave worthy? I grantee that it'll make you consider your complaints a little more. It did for me.
